Antonine Design is a family business based in Bo'ness, West Lothian covering all areas of the Central Belt and other parts of the country.

We pride ourselves in the production of detailed design options for extension/refurbishment of clients existing properties, be it residential or commercial.

Our service is to fully survey the existing property, take photographic images to assist the local Council Planning Officers, and design the new structure in accordance with the clients brief. 

Detailed sketch proposals are produced and the formal detailed applications for extensions, garage conversions, loft conversions, renovation or new build projects will be lodged. 

We liaise closely with the local Planning Departments, in advance of the submission of formal applications, to seek their professional advice and guidance in advance of the submission of the formal application to assist with the duration of the application and confident progression to submit the Building Warrant application.

Liaising directly with the relevant Local Authority Planning and Building Control Departments is key to conclude applications within a satisfactory timescale to enable the tender process to commence.

The tender stage may also be carried out by Antonine Design, at the request of the clients, as an additional service.

The design package includes fully detailed structural calculations also submitted to the Council, by an independent, dedicated Structural Engineering Consultant.
