New outbuilding to terraced cottage, Philpstoun.

Our clients are keen cyclists and love the outdoors with their family, they contacted us to provide a fully functional outbuilding to serve as a bike store, shower room and store area.

The structure was designed to be detached from the main building, located to the rear of the dwelling, across a communal drive serving the terraced row of cottages.

The interior was completed with bike storage racks, wet room and a high level mezzanine level to maximise storage, also sufficiently insulated and openable roof lights for natural daylight and ventilation.

A little project which has brought much fun to our clients.
